Dimensions and Key Features

The Tabletop Nailing Die Number 12 measures 27mm depth, 25mm width, 16mm height with 5mm nail slot depth. A knurled locking knob provides tool-free installation and removal, speeding up die changes during multi-format production runs.

Construction Quality

Machined from heat-treated tool steel with tight groove tolerances. The wider groove walls of the #12 die maintain their geometry over thousands of cycles, keeping every V-nail perfectly centred in the moulding corner.

Application Range

Best suited for moulding joining depths of 12-18mm. For thinner mouldings, refer to Die #7 or Die #10; for very thick mouldings, consider Die #15.
