Before you start

Document NN300-ICM-001 Rev V2.0 applies to four-station picture-frame joining machines. Personnel must have mechanical and electrical commissioning experience.

• Verify packing list: nail dies, fixtures, hex keys, sample moulding, V-nails
• Confirm cable and air connections before energising
• Keep hands and tools clear of nailing heads and guide rails during commissioning

Safety summary

Press the red emergency stop immediately if guards are missing or motion is unexpected. Use HMI maintenance mode before replacing fixtures or nail dies.
