Packing list

Verify main unit, dust bin, pneumatic cylinder, covers, motor, leveling feet, and side panel after unboxing.

Steps 1–4 — Level, cylinder, press plate, wiring

Level the host, mount the pneumatic cylinder, adjust three white press-plate screws, and connect cables/air lines.

Steps 5–8 — Panel, bellows, dust, side cover

Install control panel cantilever, bellows cover (green alignment marks), dust collection unit, and side panel.

Steps 9–14 — Feed mechanism through final check

Complete press plate/feed mechanism, internal adjustments, feed motor, ball screw/guides, final bolt check, and front appearance.

Manual press plate stroke must be jam-free before energising
Ball screw parallel to linear guides; full travel smooth when rotating coupling
Remove all blue protective film before first run

When do I remove the blue protective film?

After all installation and debugging steps are complete — on the cylinder, press plate, and crossbeam — before trial run.

Why adjust three press-plate screws equally?

Uneven adjustment tilts the press plate and causes inconsistent clamping across the work surface.
