About XKY Framing

What does XKY manufacture?
Industrial picture framing equipment: pneumatic and CNC underpinners, double mitre saws, assembly machines, and line automation for high-volume frame factories.
Who should use this equipment?
Commercial frame manufacturers, moulding distributors with in-house production, and print-on-demand framing networks scaling past manual joinery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Machines are packed for sea or air freight with export documentation. Voltage and plug configurations are confirmed before production.

Ordering and delivery

How do I request pricing?
Use the quote form with your target models and estimated daily output. Sales replies with configuration, lead time, and Incoterms.
What is typical lead time?
Standard models often ship in 15โ€“30 days after deposit; custom voltage or line integrations may require longer. Your proforma states the committed date.
What warranty is included?
Core components carry a 12-month warranty from commissioning. Wear parts (blades, seals, pins) are excluded but available as OEM spares.

Underpinner line (NN series)

How do I choose NN300 vs NN700?
NN300 suits automated lines with consistent sizes. NN700 PRO targets factories needing maximum joins per minute, touchscreen recipes, and rapid changeover between moulding profiles.
Which V-nail sizes match my moulding?
Hardwood and MDF profiles use different nail heights and angles. Share moulding width, rabbet depth, and material โ€” we map to the correct magazine and driver setup.

Cutting saws (CT / NC series)

When do I need a stack cutter (NC) instead of a single mitre saw?
When you cut bundles of identical sticks per shift. NC500/NC600 reduce operator motion and raise repeatability for 5,000+ frames per day lines.
What maintenance do saw lines need?
Daily blade inspection, weekly lubrication per manual, and quarterly alignment checks. Use OEM TCT blades sized to your material.

V-nail and consumables

Can I use third-party V-nails?
We recommend XKY-spec nails for driver compatibility. Third-party nails may cause jam rates to rise or void wear-part coverage.
How do I order spares?
Email info@xkyframing.com with machine model, serial plate photo, and part description. We cross-reference the BOM shipped with your unit.
