Model lineup
NN300 — An automatic quad-corner joining system built for maximum productivity and stable factory rhythm.
The NN300 is a dedicated automation solution developed for standardized, high-volume frame production. By joining all four corners simultaneously, it significantly reduces cycle time while maintaining production consistency. It belongs to a different category than NN400–NN700 flexible underpinners and is not recommended for irregular, round, or oval frames.
NN400 — A PLC-controlled underpinner with active compression for standard wood frame production.
The NN400 is a PLC-controlled active compression underpinner for standard wood frames, stable product ranges, and customers with limited changeovers. High-rigidity V-nails insert upward while the compression head applies downward force to stabilize joints. Recommended for solid wood, MDF, and PS mouldings; use caution with extremely brittle materials.
NN500 — A touchscreen-controlled underpinner optimized for frequent specification changes.
The NN500 enhances the NN400 platform through improved interface usability and recipe management. The mechanical structure is identical to the NN400; upgrades include a touchscreen HMI, stored programs, and faster setup for mixed product batches and reduced training environments.
NN600 — A PLC-controlled underpinner designed to reduce MDF edge damage during joining.
The NN600 is built on the NN400 rigid V-nail platform with an added MDF edge preservation system. It supports frame edges, distributes joining forces, and reduces edge chipping risk for MDF-intensive and decorative MDF production. Profile thickness changes require adjustment of the protection mechanism.
NN700 — A touchscreen underpinner combining MDF protection with efficient parameter management.
The NN700 shares the same mechanical structure as the NN600 with added touchscreen HMI and recipe management for faster specification changes. MDF edge preservation supports frame edges and reduces chipping risk during V-nail joining. Ideal for premium MDF production, high-mix manufacturing, and frequent product changes.
