The NN300 automatic underpinner is a pneumatic quad-angle frame joiner for picture framing factories that need unattended corner assembly. Four V-nails drive simultaneously while auto-feed keeps the underpinner running—ideal when daily output exceeds what a bench underpinner can sustain.
NN400 — Custom nail spacing with 100+ stored profiles
Works with solid wood, foam, MDF, and more. Supports 5-nail stacking plus 9-row synchronized driving for smooth, jam-free operation. Optional wide wing plates available.
