Standard schedule

30% deposit — order confirmed, production begins.
Shipment — machine dispatched, bill of lading issued by carrier.
70% balance — due upon receipt of B/L copy (sent by email before balance is requested).

No hidden fees. Bank charges outside China are borne by the buyer.

Lead time & minimum order

In-stock machines: 3–5 business days
Custom / bulk orders: 15–25 business days
Machine MOQ: 1 unit
Spare parts MOQ: 100 pieces per SKU

Warranty & after-sales

Machine warranty: 12 months from dispatch — manufacturing defects and non-human-induced failures
Free spare parts: faulty parts replaced during warranty (non-human damage)
Warranty part shipping: parts at no cost; international freight borne by buyer
Remote support: video, photo, and documentation; troubleshooting guide included

CE certified — all models. Compliant with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Certificate available on request for customs clearance.

Warranty exclusions: misuse, incorrect air pressure, non-compatible consumables, or unauthorized modification. Normal wear items (driver blades, O-rings, seals) are consumables.
