Precision cutting
Single-pass mitre cycles through high-volume stack regimes: CT/NC platforms maintain controlled edge morphology on wood, MDF, laminated profiles, and aluminium. Fixed-table pneumatic clamping constrains workpiece excitation; under nominal factory conditions the stated geometric band is ±0.05 mm relative to the programmed cut path.
Frame joining
NN-series underpinners span pneumatic entry (NN400) through intelligent heavy-duty (NN700). Operating envelope: V-nail length 3–15 mm, moulding width to 150 mm; 45°/90° corner configurations on hardwood, softwood, MDF, and PS foam within the same mechanical constraints.
Automation & production lines
NN300 applies simultaneous four-corner joining inside a 2–3 s cycle window. NC600 pairs automated infeed/outfeed with stack cutting; factory comparisons against manual baselines report throughput multiples in the 300–500% band. PLC HMI, conveyor nodes, and auto-stackers close the material-balance loop between cut, join, and discharge stations.
