Maintenance essentials

  • Daily: air pressure check (0.6–0.8 MPa nominal), magazine nail count, blade visual inspect.
  • Weekly: lubricate per manual, clean dust extraction paths on saws.
  • Quarterly: alignment verification on mitre fences; driver anvil wear inspection.

Mouldings over 100 mm wide need plate-clamp systems (NN500 / NN700) to prevent gapped corners on heavy profiles.

Bench tools

Hand tools complement production lines: corner clamps, mitre mates, and calibration gauges for field setup. Use OEM blades and V-nails sized to your substrate β€” third-party consumables may raise jam rates.
