Mechanical Setup (Four Stations)

Critical dimensions: moulding 1–2 mm above fixture; magazine 2 mm above moulding; identical nail dies on all four stations.

Power-on & HMI start-up

Energise the XINJE touchscreen and enter the Automatic Screen before mechanical adjustments that require HMI reset.

Rotate key switch clockwise to ON; wait 10–30 s for HMI boot
Tap Enter Main Interface on the welcome screen
Confirm no unacknowledged alarms

Packing list & tools

Verify nail dies (4 sets), fixtures (4 sets), hex keys, sample moulding, and V-nails before starting.

Fixture replacement — four stations

Moulding must sit 1–2 mm above the fixture surface on every station.

Loosen two mounting screws; remove fixture vertically
Install correct fixture size; tighten diagonally
Repeat for all four stations with consistent height

Magazine height adjustment

Set magazine lower edge 2 mm above moulding top on all four cavity modules.

Nail die replacement & V-nail loading

Confirm HMI changeover/maintenance mode before replacing dies. Load V-nails open-end inward, adhesive face up.

All four stations must use the same nail die size or nailing depth will vary.

Mechanical setup FAQ

What is the critical fixture height?

Moulding must sit 1–2 mm above the fixture surface. Too high or too low affects nailing accuracy.

Why must all four nail dies match?

Mixed die sizes cause uneven nailing depth across corners and inconsistent joint quality.
