Enable IO Monitor detections before the first start. Know the physical E-stop location during trial run.

Trial run procedure

Load one moulding display-face up for a single-piece trial before batch production.

Material-Out Detection and Nail-Out Detection must be enabled on the IO Monitor screen before start.

Enter IO Monitor via bottom navigation
Confirm Material-Out and Nail-Out detections enabled
Press green Start on HMI
Inspect nailing quality and four-corner joints

Collector width clearance: 3–5 mm vs finished frame width
Length clearance: approx. 5 mm after magazine window adjustment
Verify red-line defect sensor stops the line (trigger once during trial)

Acceptance FAQ

What is the acceptance criterion for trial pieces?

Four corners joint well with no missed or misaligned nails. Run 3–5 consecutive acceptable pieces before full production.

What if the machine dry-fires?

Stop immediately. Confirm Material-Out Detection is enabled and magazines are loaded before restarting.
